ChromAnnot is a tool dedicated to the annotation of LC-HRMS/MS chromatograms. It performe peakpicking (after optimisation if necessary), molecular formulae determination, natural product data base search and scoring based on phylogeny proximity, MSMS data (real or simulated using CFMID).
